Prior to joining ERW, Desiree was in property management and sales, where she worked alongside executive leaders, business owners and professionals from all walks of life to find the best solutions to each of their needs. She has always been devoted to her clients and will do whatever it takes to ensure their satisfaction.
When not working with our clients on their career success, Desiree enjoys living in the Panhandle of Texas with her husband, two kids and two large pups. Desiree loves traveling with her family and playing softball on the weekends with her city league team.

She helped design and implement consistent customer experiences for both large and small brands across verticals including healthcare, commercial real estate, hospitality, fitness, banking and finance, and oil and gas.

When not working with our clients on their career success, Melissa enjoys life in sunny Colorado with her rescue puppy. Melissa loves seeing live music locally and abroad, exploring the Denver food scene, and spending time in the mountains (preferably when they’re covered with snow).
