Following our process, new members of our Account Executive team get up to speed and hit quota in their first month. Now, we’re looking for a dedicated leader for this team to take them to the next level.

You don’t have to be a slick salesperson… in fact, that is precisely what we are NOT looking for. 

We’re looking for a driven, yet empathetic team leader and mentor. Someone who can roll up their sleeves, wrap their arms around the successful processes we already have, and develop and execute a plan to achieve the growth in front of us.

You will assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement those improvements.

You will achieve your monthly and annual financial targets, build strong internal relationships with the rest of the management team, understand and communicate client trends, and encourage positive relationships with other team members by leading by example.


You will direct all sales operations. This includes meeting or exceeding sales targets, reporting results, and forecasting future revenue levels.

You will lead the Account Executive team by developing and implementing sales plans, managing from the data, and motivating them to hit their sales goals. You have strong analytical skills and excellent team development abilities.

Weekly you will present results as part of the executive team meeting. You will incorporate the leadership team’s feedback to adjust and make improvements to current sales strategies.

You will own your team’s recruiting process. You will hire, coach, and manage the performance of your Account Executive team.

You need to have deep experience with professional sales processes and excel at relationship building and deal closing. We’re looking for a quick learner who has a successful track record and who can inspire better performance in others. 

This role demands a leader who has a sharp mind and the ability to coach, advise, and motivate sales representatives while building and maintaining a high-performance team. 

Finally, you will be an integral part of our overall growth strategy. You will help translate client needs into products and services that help them achieve their goals and fuel our growth at the same time.

Our team does absolutely NO cold calling but instead, they are provided with pre-scheduled appointments with professionals who really need our services.

You’ll also roll up your sleeves completing a small number of client prospect calls each week. In addition to contributing to your compensation, this will keep you close to the action, help you optimize our sales process, and keep your finger on the pulse of the market.

Although you do not need resume writing or human resources experience, you must have a track record of sales management success. And you need to have experience selling to people at the decision-maker level (Director, VP, C-level).

You have the proven ability to grow and lead a team to meet or exceed quotas. You have references that can speak to your successful previous experience both as a sales representative AND sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.

We will support you from Day 1. We’ll go over the script together to ensure you have a good handle on what we say and why. We’ll provide you with recordings of successful calls so you can emulate and build on that success. We will show you the ropes of our CRM system and other tools.

You will facilitate weekly meetings with the Account Executive team to review the sales metrics, refine our sales script, and develop improvement ideas. You will meet with team members weekly to review performance, provide call recording feedback, and gather improvement ideas from them. You will check-in with your team to answer sales-related questions on a daily basis.

You will conduct performance evaluations that are timely and constructive. You will handle discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policies. You will ensure team members are following established sales processes and utilizing technology appropriately.
